We have an experienced and enthusiastic crew of Medical Gas Specialists stationed throughout the upper Midwest to help with your technical and professional needs: urgent or planned. We also provide education programs nationally and virtually.
Service & Repair –
- Our 24/7 Emergency Service Hotline is available for all current and new customers. In a jam and need to talk to someone? Call us now: 414-699-4757 Many times we can help solve and/or stabilize right over the phone. We understand the critical nature of your systems.
- Once a plan is established, our field service technicians arrive in stocked service vehicles, fully versed in all major medical gas equipment brands and styles, with a knowledgeable support staff on stand-by.
- We service the entire upper Midwest: WI, MN, MI, IL, IN, IA, NE and beyond. We cover a wide geographical area by clustering planned services together. If urgent, many times we can head your way within a matter of hours.
- Our headquarters are in the metro Milwaukee area: a small town called Mukwonago, WI. We have a few comfy offices and an attached warehouse stocked full of the most common repair parts we've encountered.
Education - This is one of our favorite offerings and we've been doing it for over 30 years! Tom Spremo is a credentialed ASSE 6050 Instructor and med gas enthusiast. His decades-long passion for this subject can still energize a room and his experience with a diversity of audiences allows a fun & memorable learning experience. From private 12-person technician credentialing programs - to a packed auditorium at a national conference - he loves spreading the word about this special subject.
Inspection & Equipment Inventory – Per NFPA 99, do you have a detailed equipment inventory listing all pieces of your medical gas and vacuum systems: Source Equipment, Alarms, Pipeline and Patient Area Valves, Outlets/Inlets? Do you have a reliable set of location drawings showing them? How do you keep this current? We have helped major health care organizations create and streamline this process, trust us you're not alone.
Planned Maintenance – Your medical gas and vacuum systems are a critical component of your facility. Take care of them, reduce risk and be able to prove itwith proper documented proof!
- We take care of the documentation for you, and provide you with secure access to it. Includes corrective actions plans, priorities, and dates of completions.
- Customized to fit your specific equipment and faciilty needs. We can create an appropriate PM schedule based on industry standards, manufacturer's recommendation, code and best practice. Or just tweak the one you've already got in place.

Source Equipment Forecasting / Sizing / Replacement - With our background in design, installation, and equipment sizing we can help you select the source equipment best suited for your needs. We are not an equipment supply company but do have the channels open with all of the major manufacturers and suppliers.
Verification – Our credentialed medical gas ASSE 6030 Verifiers provide the required verification following modifications or installation of new systems. We have helped 100's of health care facilities, dental practices and clinics with this very important service prior to patient use. A final detailed report is provided for records per NFPA 99 standards.
Consultation / Interruption Planning - Need a second set of eyes on a design, equipment sizing or code issue? Planning a gas or vaccum system interruption / shut-down and need help with alternate supply? We can help.
